RPP was appointed architect for the design of a £1.65 million new build boarding block extension within the existing campus at Campbell College.
The new boarding block comprises 48 new bedrooms, each designed with en suite bathroom facilities. Also included in the project was staff accommodation, kitchen utility and laundry facilities, a number of dedicated lounges, games rooms and breakout areas.
The two-storey construction has been designed in a sympathetic manner to sit comfortably beside the neighbouring listed Victorian building of the main College.
