A sensitive refurbishment of the distinctive Ormeau Bakery into loft-style apartments was achieved using the highest quality materials both internally and externally.
Internal finishes include: hardwood skirtings and architraves, fully fitted contemporary kitchens, solid timber flooring and full height tiling in bathrooms and en-suites.
The building’s existing façade has been retained and restored, including the original bakery clock fronting onto the Ormeau Road.
The ‘Bakery’ redevelopment consists of 156 apartments. A feature landscaped private courtyard garden, designed by renowned landscape architect, Diarmuid Gavin, provides an oasis of calm at the centre of the development.
